Impero customers have access to our 24/7 Support team for any technical questions or issues related to Impero solutions.

We operate a Customer Portal where you can raise and track a support ticket and can conduct a live chat. To help us resolve queries as quickly as possible, when contacting us we ask you to provide as much detail about the issue and your particular technical set-up as you can.

The Support team strives to meet the response and resolution times set out in Impero’s Service Level Agreement. We offer customers the opportunity to rate our service and suggest feedback – we encourage you to tell us where we have done a good job and where we could improve.
